Ingredients Sanpellegrino Cocktail – 20cl X 4

Sanpellegrino cocktail is a revival of a popular Italian alcohol-free cocktail from the 1960s. This ruby-red sparkling drink has a sweet-and-sour taste with herby bitterness and a subtle, warming kick of ginger.

Serve over ice with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint. It’s also a great mixer for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Try the Sanpellegrino alcohol-free Bit Cocktail – fill a highball glass with ice and add 15ml each of cinnamon and rhubarb syrups. Add 30ml freshly squeezed orange juice and a bottle of Sanpellegrino cocktail. Stir to combine and serve.
