La Costena chipotle sauce is a homemade-style sauce made with a delicious combination of chipotle peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, soy bean oil and spices. Chipotles are dried and smoked jalapeños which create a well-rounded, warm heat making this chipotle sauce a delicious and versatile condiment.

Try spreading the chipotle sauce on fajitas, add a couple of tablespoons to meat marinades, or spoon chipotle sauce over barbecued meat to enhance the wood-smoke flavours. 

Once opened, refrigerate in covered glass or plastic container and use within 4-5 days. 

Ingredients: tomato paste, water, vinegar carrots, onion, iodized salt, chipotle, vegetable oil, chipotle sugar (cane sugar), spices & dried chillies.
