These velvet spray colours are ideal for coating patisserie work with a layer of vibrant edible colour. They create a velvet sheen of solid colour to give a professional and flawless finish to any dessert – from chocolate bombes to rich tortes and ganaches.

Choose from white velvet spray to create a dramatic and clean finish. Or try one of the more vibrant velvet spray colours such as red, fuchsia pink and green for a multicoloured effect. The brown velvet spray is a fantastic way to finish decadent chocolate desserts, while the black velvet spray can be used to create striking recipes that really stand out on the plate.

We recommend waiting at least one hour before consuming any food coloured with this product, to allow it to dry thoroughly.
