Designed for both professional kitchens and home use, this long-lasting and durable pan is ideal for frying all cuts of steak and other large joints of meat. The generously raised edge also makes it great for sauces, stews and curries. 

This stainless steel frying pan has a 6mm sandwich base bottom, which allows for even heat conductivity and distribution to ensure even cooking. It has a hollow handle to prevent heat retention and protect your hand. It’s also oven safe up to 180 degrees.

This pan is suitable for all heating sources including induction. It is dishwasher safe.
